In addition to individual sessions, I am also facilitating a Solution Focused Reiki Group.  This group gathers weekly for an empowering meditation while also receiving Reiki.  There is time for sharing and processing what comes up during meditation.  This is a great time to become clear on what you would like to see unfold in your life and how you can take the steps to get closer to meeting your goals.  The magic is in the relationships that are formed within the group.
